Technical Sales Team
An important element of our supply chain is initial contact with our Area Sales Managers who give technical advice and facilitate sales in all our relevant market areas.

Design Team
Our design office currently employs a large group of CNC Programmers and design draughtsmen who act as project managers in the initial stage of a contract.
We use Mechanical Desktop software, a 3D solid-modelling design package with Auto Sheet Metal extension. We also operate a market-leading bespoke package tailored to door design and manufacture. This was initially used for Fast-Trac orders but is now more widely utilised.

Factory Facility
Doors are manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility of over 50,000 ft². The manufacturing process commences with flat galvanised sheets which are processed through our CNC punching and folding lines. Doors and frames then pass through our fully-automated polyester powder coating lines. The fully finished product is despatched with factory-fitted glass and hardware, as necessary.
Site Installation Team
We directly employ fully-trained site installation teams. Each site engineer is trained to the highest levels of site safety and modern-day construction procedures.
All our site personnel hold CSR certification.
