Ideal for property owners, facilities managers and tenants who don’t have maintenance or repairs covered by their lease, this proactive scheduled maintenance service significantly reduces the risk of operational faults and extends the doors’ lifecycle, by identifying potential problems and preventing costly repairs or replacements.
The contract can also be extended to include an emergency callout and repair service in the event that a door fails, as a result of abuse or misuse. Fast-track replacements can also be arranged.
